Refund Policy

At Sharmix Media, we are committed to providing high-quality Google Ads management and digital advertising services. We take great care to ensure that every campaign is planned, executed, and monitored for performance and results. However, due to the nature of digital services, certain limitations apply to refunds.
1. No Refund for Services Already Rendered
Once a digital marketing service (such as campaign setup, account optimization, ad creation, or ongoing management) has been performed or partially delivered, refunds will not be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:
Google Ads setup & strategy work
Account audits and consultations
Paid ad management fees
Monthly retainers after service initiation
2. Advance Payments & Monthly Retainers
If you have made an advance payment for upcoming services and decide to cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion. In such cases:
A written cancellation request must be sent to info@sharmixmedia.com
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
Any time or effort already spent will be deducted from the refund amount
3. Google Ads Spend / Media Budgets
Please note: Any ad spend paid directly to Google or other platforms is non-refundable. Sharmix Media does not control platform-specific billing and cannot issue refunds for:
Google Ads budget
Display/YouTube clicks
Unused spend already transferred to ad platforms
4. Performance-Based Guarantees
We aim to deliver results, but no performance-based refunds (e.g., clicks, leads, conversions) are offered due to the variable nature of advertising outcomes. Campaign performance depends on multiple external factors, including competition, budget, and market demand.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us immediately. We value client relationships and will work to address your concerns fairly and professionally.
